Episode Synopsis

It all starts with you. Do you love yourself? That is a simple question, but really think about it. Are you happy with yourself and are you happy with your life? What do you tell yourself every day? Do you feed your body with foods and drinks that nourish it? Who are the people you hang around and do they love and encourage you? How do you treat people in general? Do you compare yourself to others? What are you holding on to that is stopping you from moving forward? There are many questions to ask and no one is going to love you like you. I believe when you love yourself completely, you’ll notice a shift in your life. Certain things you will not tolerate because you know deserve the best.

Be happy with yourself. Tell yourself positive daily affirmations. Eat healthy, exercise, and schedule regular health check-ups. Spend time with yourself to know your strengths and weakness or what you like and don’t like. Treat yourself well, maybe taking a nice vacation, eating at a nice restaurant that you would normally not go to, or give yourself some spa treatment. Self-love is a process and it starts with you each and every day.
