Thank you for tuning into my show this episode covers my plans for 2021 and beyond.  I plan to launch a transformation program that will have both a free version and pay by the month version.  
All the workouts will be laid out daily and at the beginning of the month.  The program will be broken into 3 stages lasting the entire year.  At the end of each stage are winner with be announced and at the end of the year a grand prize winner will be announced.
There will be some qualifications that need to be meet to be eligible to win.  Must be in the paid program to be eligible, must complete 80% of all workouts, must have a way of recording the workouts, must be apart of the either Strava page or the Facebook page.  
As I mentioned I will be reaching out to create partnerships and sponsors of the program to sweeten the prize at the end of each stage and the grand prize.
