Rachel and I dive into nutrition briefly and touch on things that have worked for us and things that have not.
Nutrition is tricky and can get really complicated really fast. That is why I choose to exclude nutrition from the free plan because there isn't a specific plan that will work for everyone.
As I talk about in the show what works for me is basic in and out with some focus on macros. This works for me with basic weight loss not necessarily fine tuning my body composition. For Rachel it was different, she is more concerned with getting in whole foods and how she feels.
