Episode Synopsis
In this episode, we talk all things sleep. One of our kids is diagnosed with Advanced Phase Sleep Disorder, two of our kids have had their tonsils and adenoids out to try to improve their sleep and all of our kids are currently sick and/or going through a sleep regression. If you listen closely, you may even be able to tell that Mackenzie and Myranda were a bit sleep deprived during the episode! Just kidding, it's pretty obvious.
