Send us a textThe Old Testament contains so much recorded violence that it is often unpleasant to read.  Understanding about the history of those days and learning more about the character of God may help us recognize a scary trait among many people that is a fascination with violence.  And the Lord is no stranger to violence as He Himself inflicts His wrath on occasion upon those who oppose Him.  Also He allows violence to afflict those who are seemingly innocent.  But what should our attitude as children of God be toward violence?  See it for what it is.
