When we chase our ideas and dreams we often become self focused and ultimately selfish. We forget about those around us and ultimately the ones we serve by chasing our dreams and idea. In today's episode I challenge you to go deeper. Think about how your dreams and ideas impact your family, friends, client, customers, community, and the larger world around us. Often when we begin to remember who are dreams and ideas serve we find that our dreams and ideas take a new life. They begin to grow in ways that are unexpected. When we begin to serve others with our dreams and ideas they often want to become part of that story. Our dreams and ideas not only serve them but it sparks others to begin to dream bigger themselves.
