He says she failed to rehearse the stunt and he got injured, so he’s suing. The defendant says after she agreed to drop a bowling ball on the plaintiff’s private parts, he began flirting with her even though she’s married. She’s countersuing for defamation.



Then, The plaintiff says he met the defendant on a gay hookup ad, but they were just friends. He claims his buddy stood him up a lot, though, and he’s suing him for the balance due on a loan. The defendant says they were friends until the plaintiff outed him to his parents.
