First, The plaintiff says his brother, the defendant, moved in with him but failed to pay rent, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff once attacked him with a machete. He insists the plaintiff never told him how much rent money he owed.

Then, The plaintiff claims his ex-girlfriend owes him money for a security deposit from when they were together. He also alleges that his ex stole his furniture, so he’s suing. The defendant claims she broke up with the plaintiff because he assaulted her. The defendant insists the furniture is in her name, and she never agreed to pay the security deposit.
