The defendant says the plaintiff is abusive and she had to get an order of protection. She’s countersuing for harassment, a wedding ring, and breach of contract.

Then, The plaintiff and defendant were previously on “Judge Mathis” when the defendant, her mom, needed help with drugs and alcohol. The defendant became sober thanks to Judge Mathis. The plaintiff says her mom has been living in her house and ruined her couch. She’s suing for the cost of a couch, airfare, and unpaid rent. The defendant argues she’s having a hard time because her other daughter is now struggling with homelessness and drugs.
