Episode Synopsis
First, The plaintiff is a tattoo artist and says he’s married to the defendant. He claims that every time he posts his art online, the defendant accuses him of being unfaithful, which he denies. He’s suing his wife for damaged property. The defendant insists she saw of video of her husband with another woman and is sure he cheated.
Then, The plaintiff is a webcam model who performs sex for a live audience. She argues she paid the defendant — her former best friend — to paint her apartment, but he never did the work. She’s suing for breach of contract and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff never paid him, so that’s why he never did the work. He’s countersuing for slander because he claims the plaintiff told people he was dirty and had cockroaches in his apartment.
Plus, The plaintiff brings her son to court. She says her son dropped out of school when he was 16 years old and started drinking and acting out. He went to jail several times and ended up homeless. The plaintiff says her son moved back in with her to help him get back on his feet, but now she’s suing for rent. The defendant argues he’s clean and sober now and is working on getting his life back on track.
