She claims when she opened up a boutique, the defendant created a fake Facebook page using her business name, so she’s suing. The defendant claims he’s a silent partner and had every right to make the page. He’s countersuing for invasion of privacy.



Plus, The plaintiff says she’s dated the defendant on and off, but they have trust issues. She’s suing him for stolen money. The defendant says the plaintiff accused him of cheating all the time, so he finally called it quits once and for all.
