First, The plaintiffs are a mother and son. The son Christopher previously came on “Judge Mathis” for a DNA test regarding a sibling, but this time he’s back to see if the defendant is his father. The defendant says he had an intimate relationship with the female plaintiff, but says he knew nothing about Christopher until recently.



Then, The plaintiff was married to the defendant’s friend, and he was best man at their wedding. After they divorced, she began dating the defendant. She accuses him of slashing her tire and burned her book collection, so he’s suing. The defendant says he only flattened her tire to prevent her from driving on bald tires.
