First, The plaintiff says he was married to the defendant’s mother and admits he and her mother were addicted to meth after their other daughter was born. He says he’s been clean for five years. He’s suing his stepdaughter for the balance due on a loan. The defendant says the plaintiff was an excellent father until his drug abuse started and she had to go into the foster system at age 13.

Then, The plaintiff says he turned his life around after prison. He alleges the defendant was driving drunk and ran into his car, so he’s suing her for the damage. The defendant denies she was drinking and claims she hit the plaintiff’s car because she swerved to avoid two vehicles that were racing.
