One of the most complicated aspects of human interaction is problem-solving between parties. Sometimes people are vested in "being right" for a variety of reasons. But in most cases, a dispute requires compromise. Rabbi Cohen and Dr. Labkoff discuss the various aspects of compromise from a variety of perspectives. Everything from compromising tradition vs assimilation to compromising to end wars, and a variety of topics in between. Compromise is not easy - nor is it straight forward. The Torah points us to an array of approaches - depending on what's at stake - from the mundane to the highly complex.
