Welcome to Joys on-air. This is the internal podcast about people and happenings inside Joyson safety systems. I'm Brian Johnson, Director of global communications and I have the honor of being your Joys on-air host. This podcast was created with the goal of helping all of us on the one Joyson team to get to know our company, our technologies, and our co-workers better. We're going to feature conversations with team members from all levels and departments throughout the company and do our best to make each episode informative and entertaining every couple of weeks or release a new episode that we roughly 20 to 30 minutes long. We want this program to be enlightening, engaging, and fun. And we have a lot of ideas on how to accomplish this. But we're always looking for more suggestions, and we want your feedback. There are a few different ways to accomplish this and give us your ideas and comments.
