Despite the readiness, she found herself constantly in procrastination over tasks that would help her business grow 

As we dove deeper she was able to uncover 4 main limiting patterns: procrastination, perfectionism, avoidance and a visibility block

Additionally, as she was making connections with these blocks and her business we were able to unpack a key limiting belief that has perpetuated those which was the belief that things had to be hard and take a long time to change
