I am joined this week by Aidan McCullen, a former professional rugby player, who played with Ireland, Leinster, and Toulouse during his rugby career. Aidan has since reinvented himself in a number of different career transformations. But I came across him first in his capacity as host of The Innovation Show podcast about 4 years ago. I actually would say it was one inspiration behind me starting this podcast.Aidan has now written a book, ‘Undisruptable, A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention for Individuals, Organisations, and Life’. The book, I would say, is inspired by the culmination of all the phenomenal guests Aidan has attracted to his show over the last six years - some of the key strategic thinkers of the 21st century. But for every interview, he actually reads each guest’s book before they come on his show.
