                            My guest this week, Dr Caroline Sheedy, researches gender inequalities in the area of technology workplaces . Caroline is a recipient of the very prestigious Fulbright Tech Impact Scholarship, and is also a member of INGENICS, The Irish Network for Gender Equality in Computing.  Caroline talks about the importance of creating inclusive, supportive workspaces for all members of society, including our young men.
