In This Episode: Traci takes her own advice and wears an elastic band on her wrist for a week to keep track of how many times she apologizes (Unnecessarily!). Find out what happened! Is there someone who makes you feel so intimidated that the only way you feel like you can respond is by saying, “I’m sorry?” Are you so scared of conflict that you try to end it before it can start by saying sorry?
