Episode Synopsis

Have you ever heard someone say a word or phrase and immediately you have a vivid view of that person or place, like you are there??? well then you were either born in the wrong time, or lacking in the charisma department (or some combination of the two) because the government was paying people for skills like this for a long time. Today we introduce you to the history of remote viewing. So get ready this is a ridiculous ride.We start off with the inception of the research into this phenomenon, We're talking Menloe Park (Stanford Research Institute), Uri Geller (Please don't sue) and some weird science (no not the movie, the science!). We look at how this rag tag team of misfits was able to turn a little gumption and can do attitude into a CIA contract! We then look at the life of this project, all the government offices it passes through, the claims it makes, the people it hurt and the friends it made along the way before it was thwarted by an evil Willy. We have some laughs, we have some libations, we have some snacks!! And you should too, you earned it after listening to this podcast episode after all (that's a binding contract now so you gotta listen). In the intro Chelsie finally learns what we all know about cats (and telling you what it is we know will immediately vilify us to half our viewership so I choose to let you listen instead of read.As always don't forget to follow and listen to any other episodes in our catalogue that may pique your interest.
