Listen "Victoria JiuJitsu state championships reflection"
Episode Synopsis
First competition for the year done and dusted. It has been about 6 months or so since I last competed. And it has been to long both for the experience and for the love of the game. On the 11th May, I competed at the VIC state titles, I was fortunate to get one match against another black belt in the Open weight adult female Black belt Gi division. And this match gave me a lot of insight as to my state for mental, physical, emotional, technical and strategy for my Jiu Jitsu. With 16 weeks to go until worlds this is what I need more of is experience and insight to grow from. Forever grateful to still be able to do what I love. Here is my yarn reflecting on my experiences of VIC state titles 2024.
