God KNEW that our design requires a regular rhythm of restoration & repair, andcreated something called “SABBATH” for all mankind to enjoy, yet few people actually practice it well.This series is designed to train ALL of us as individuals and families on the four main practices ofSABBATH, and help us change our lifestyle from BURNOUT to BLESSED.
