He then clarifies the four prophetic flows, explaining that Roeh (the seer) is a gift that provides vision and mobilizes people to take action. Conversely, Nabi is the proclaiming prophet, as referenced in 1 Chronicles 29:29. Nabi is also characterized by teaching and bubbling up; these prophets serve as mouthpieces, declaring what is to come. Interestingly, this is one of the most frequently used gifts among the four prophetic flows.
