Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I will share with you a video about my latest strength training.
Entrené fuerte, pero no a mi máximo rendimiento, me he estado adaptando a mi nueva planificación, pero aún me falta un poco para acostumbrarme, en este entreno me enfoque en fuerza de tirón y empuje, aunque me sentía bastante débil intente hacer 5 series efectivas tanto de tirón como de empuje, en el video no salen todas, pero si la gran mayoría, fue un entreno de progresiones, intentos y de uso de liga para ir mejorando poco a poco la técnica, me alegra también que ahora mis días débiles sean lo que antes eran mis días fuertes, excepto en front que aún lo estoy recuperando jajaj, fue un entreno efectivo.
I trained hard, but not at my maximum performance, I have been adapting to my new planning, but I still need a little bit to get used to it, in this training I focused on pulling and pushing strength, although I felt quite weak I tried to do 5 effective sets of both pulling and pushing, in the video not all of them are shown, but most of them, it was a workout of progressions, attempts and use of the garter to improve little by little the technique, I am also glad that now my weak days are what before were my strong days, except in front that I am still recovering it hahaha, it was an effective workout.
