Hello Everybody,This is a quick one. My back is spasming again. It will stop soon enough. In the meantime My house is in the last stage of clean up. Inside and Out. I give myself time wise... another month to have it looking good. Has to be done. My family moved in with me and it is time to make it work in the best way possible.Also, I do not take anything, man made drugs, if I don't have to. I also have continued to release weight little at a time.
