Her made-from-scratch, science-backed Absolute Collagen has recently featured as the 4th fastest growing company according to the Sunday times 100 list. Darcy was also featured as Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2022 and it’s an honour to have her on the show. 

We discuss breaking the mould as a non-traditional founder, the benefits of starting a business in Birmingham, and the trend of having a third of the workforce focused on marketing.
