Same Energy = Same Results😎

If you want new results in business, money, life and relationships you need NEW energy.

I know it sounds so obvious but we all get trapped in recycling the same emotions, thoughts and beliefs.

No wonder life stays the same.

👉Or you may GO UP but then you come BACK DOWN to where you started.

The comfort zone.

The same weight
same amount of money month after month, year after year
same intimacy life
same friendships
same team challenges
same family dynamics

Then you get frustrated with your same results on REPEAT.

🧘‍♂️The key is to FEEL it to Heal it.

You can’t just throw an affirmation over a dirty skinned up sore bleeding cut on your knee.

No, you gotta clean out the dirt before you can make it feel better.

Now with “shelter in place” orders, WE are all given the GIFT TO go WITHIN.

Are you allowing yourself to go there?

👊I’ve always said if you want to get RICH go within.
If you want to GET THIN go within.

Take a look at all of the ways you:

--Avoid
--Create Drama
--Are in Denial about what is really going on with money, intimacy, self and others
--Distract
--Distance
--Numb out
--Over stimulate

These all leave clues to what it is you’re running from and covering up.

I challenge US to GO THERE.

😞Feel the horrible feelings.
Think the nasty angry resentful thoughts!
Feel the depth of sadness in your heart and soul.

We’ve all been sent to our ROOMS to THINK and FEEL about what we have done to ourselves, to each other, to God, to the world.

❤️You are not alone.
You are loved.
You are wanted.
You are cherished.

Feel it, to Heal IT.

Ask for help!!

Ask for prayer.🙏

Ask for healing.

I promise the more you FACE IT & stop FEARING IT, YOU WILL HEAL IT.

We all do our part, we all heal quicker, faster and get back to creating heaven on earth!
