I called Matt the day I decided to sue Toyota when they persisted with debt collection in violation of the California Identity Theft Act.  I googled around when I was drafting the case and Matt came up as an expert.  We were opposing counsel when I was with a law firm with 1000+ lawyers.   Matt walked me through the blueprint.  Matt is a Professor of Contracts at the San Luis Obispo College of Law and a civil trial attorney for clients that are victims of identity fraud. Matt volunteers time to represent prisoners pro bono at trial and he's a passionate advocate.  Matt discusses love, trust, greed, success and negotiating tactics.
