Stephan is a certifed relationship coach, speaker and author. He has amassed a huge social media following with his relationship advice and words of wisdom.
In Part 1, Stephan breaks down the differences between compatibility, chemistry and connection. He believes 80% of relationships are not true connections.
How do you know if it's right? If it's not, what should you do? What does it really mean if you've lost "the spark"? When is it time for a divorce? Should you stay together for the kids? You might be shocked at his answers.
Then they discuss how to begin healing by making a "who hurt you" list and sending letters to some people on the list. As well as how to get the most out of therapy so you can truly heal.
