Episode Synopsis
Do you feel like you couldn't go without solid foods for more than a few days ? Join me in my fasting journey ! In this episode I talk about my approach to fasting and a few tips that may be useful, especially if you're trying this for the first time. Also, there are many types of fasting and diets you can try that will help you improve your overall health and energy levels, I mention a few.
I'm sharing what I have experienced but I do highly recommend doing your own research ;) Here are a couple of videos that explain further a few of the concepts I mentioned briefly (i.e. keto diet and intermittent fasting).
