you know break ups are hard LIKE really hard in ANY situation and something we don’t always realize is, we don’t necessarily have to push those feelings we have for that person away, but we have to put those passionate feelings into ourselves! i go on more about that in this episode and i really hope this helps you realize that you are not alone and it gets better with time :)
