Listen "The 5 Stages of Grief (Mental Note)"
Episode Synopsis
Grief can come in many forms. When we experience loss, whether that be the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, a relationship etc, we go through grief. There are many ways we express and deal with that grief. Sometimes we can go through multiple stages. So how do we deal with grief in a way that helps us move through a tough situation? In this episode we talk about where our thoughts and actions can go in grief, and how to recognize what stage of grief we are in. Self awareness is important when we are grieving. To know why we feel the way that we do, can put things in perspective for us and help us to accept what has happened and where we are in our own personal growth journey through a difficult time.
