Listen "Allowing Ourselves to Heal (Mental Note)"
Episode Synopsis
64 - Allowing Ourselves to Heal When it comes to healing and taking time to take care of ourselves, we often roll over ourselves. We sometimes put on the brave face and stick to our resilience rather than admitting we need to allow ourselves time to be human and heal. In this episode, I talk about how we have to be aware of ourselves when we have bad days or when we are disappointed in ourselves. We can be strong, but we still bleed, we still hurt, and we have to show ourselves kindness. We deserve to be kind to ourselves, and we need to be kind because often we are the only ones that show us kindness. We would love to hear your thoughts on today’s episode!
