Episode Synopsis

The authors take a novel approach to study employees in organizations. Specifically, they sample employees not from within the organization, but via PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL NETWORKS. The session centers around the intriguing question of how we can study innovation in new ways and especially what data we can access in new ways. We see more and more of these ways of collecting data and they bring intriguing questions to how we can reach further.
