سعید خاورنژاد نقاش و آهنگساز ایرانی مقیم فرانسه است که آشنایی‌اش با نقاشی و موسیقی از دوران کودکی هم‌پای یکدیگر شکل گرفت. او در رشته‌های گرافیک، گرافیک با گرایش طراحی مفهومی، گرافیک با گرایش طراحی صدا و آهنگسازی برای آثار شنیداری-دیداری و آثار صحنه‌ای در کشورهای ایران، ایتالیا و فرانسه به فراگیری موسیقی و هنرهای تجسمی در فضایی بیارشته‌ای پرداخته است. آثار سعید خاورنژاد اغلب مرز میان رسانه‌های مختلف هنری را می‌پیمایند و انسان را با ویژگی‌ها یا کاستی‌های بیولوژیکیش درگیر فضای اثر می‌سازند. در شانزدهمین اپیزود پادکست «ایرانشهر»، افسانه جوادپور و سعید خاورنژاد درباره آغاز فعالیت‌های هنری او، چرایی دغدغه خلق اثر هنری در فضاهای بینارشته‌ای و ایده و نحوه اجرای آثار نمایشگاه «امر گشوده» که در سال ۱۳۹۵ در گالری ایرانشهر برگزار شد، به گفتگو پرداخته‌اند.
