His expertise spans multiple real estate assets, including multifamily, build-to-rent, RV resorts, retail, build-to-sell, and international hotel resorts.
Specializing in investor relations, Don is known for his innovative approach to forming strategic partnerships with institutional investors, developers, and other capital raisers. As an integrator and problem solver, he ensures that projects move forward efficiently.
Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his wife, Maria, and their four children in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In his free time, he watches movies and adds to his coin collection. Fluent in Spanish, Don is also passionate about giving back to his community through service.
