KEY TAKEAWAYS
Four types of LISTENING:
Solution listening. This is when you are listening to the person and automatically gives a solution when you hear something that sounds like a problem that can be resolved.
Attentive listening. This is a good trait. You just attentively listen to the one talking.
Competitive listening. This is when you are listening to the person and you respond automatically as if you are in competition with the person. Your response will always be greater than the one talking.
Combative listening. You will always find a way to bring the conversation in your favour.
Business Tips especially for young beginners:
You have to find out about money. Learn about money and how you can use the money for your own advantage. Learn how you can use the money to work for you.
Think about other people’s perspective. But remember that it is their perspective. It does not mean that they are always correct.
There will be a lot of people that will tell you not to do something. You have to choose your own group. Surround yourself with people that you want to follow. It creates an aura of positivity and you will be more encouraged to pursue the business that you have in mind.
Invest in property.
You have to have multiple income streams. Having one income stream is risky.
Charlie: Do you like investing in yourself?Nicki: All the time. I’ve personally invested in myself and started to learn more and more.
Charlie: What does Invest in you, mean to you?Nicki: That means that you take your experiences. Good or bad. And you take your life lessons with them and you use for your next steps. And you share with all the people.
Teaser messages:
It is not all about you. It’s understanding that your life is all about you and what you believe to be true
