The Merriam Webster dictionary defines mindset as a mental attitude or inclination. Our attitude toward health behaviour change is a factor in really showing up every day and doing what you need to in order to move towards your healthiest. No one gets there on their own support and accountability are also key. Listen to how I'm using mindset, support and accountability on my self love journey back to health.
