So, We are gathered here today to discuss intergenerational communication, which has recently BEEN STUDIED BY a lot of people. So, What is a generation? According to life course.com (what is the full title of the website? We define a generation as the aggregate of all people born over a span of roughly twenty years. Or a group of people who are living at the same time and who are within a certain age range” Each generation has its own memories, language, habits, beliefs, and life lessons worth learning There are 4 generations we are focusing on here, there are: Baby boomers  --- Born  around (1943 --- 1960 ) Generation X    --- Born  around (1961 --- 1981 ) Millennials         --- Born  around (1982 --- 2000) Generation Z     --- Born after 2000 In order to further understand communication between age groups, what creates them, and how they come together to create the national mood, Our team members will explain and share their pieces of knowledge, regarding the research and characteristics of each generation They WILL also give THEIR own insightful views as well. Because we are all immigrants, we’d like to COMPARE the differences in communication between generations in our home countries and the United States. --- Okay, without further ado, let me introduce our panel of 5 speakers: Mr. Cristhian and Mr. Ariful are both focused on the  Baby boomer generation Mr. Frew, he will focus on Generation x Miss Fatima, she will focus on the Millennial generation.
