Welcome to a Few Good Minutes with Ryan Clark, a junior at Banneker High School. Ryan was last year’s 4A state champion in the 400 and 200m dashes and the all-classification 400m record-holder. During the 2013 IAAF World Youth Championships, in Ukraine, Ryan clocked 46.33 in the 4, earning silver for USA. Nickname: Superman. He entered this year’s Georgia Olympics with a grand plan but ended up having one tough day at the office. Hurt during the long jump, nipped at the line in the 4 and 3rd in the 2, Superman was down.
