Brady Zuck, a fifth-generation beef producer, takes us on a tour of his family’s cow-calf operation in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. He talks about the magical superpower cattle possess known as “upcycling,” as well as some of those items used by your family that you may be surprised to know that have a connection to cattle herds just like his. The conversation gets pretty candid, but it’s all important as you explore your own personal connections to the farm.
