Listen "A Case of the Gripes"
Episode Synopsis
We kinda let it all hang out today. In this episode, Pam and Vee share some frustrations as we start a deeper discussion about griping. What benefits do we get from complaining? Why do we bitch to each other? How do we start to see it in ourselves before it gets out of hand and does some damage? We talk about striking the balance between speaking our minds and silencing ourselves. We share ideas about the difference between healthy complaining and building resentment. We dive into Brene Brown's definition of resentment from her new book, Atlas of the Heart. And finally, we agree that we're not even close to being done with this topic - we'll be resuming this conversation next week and we hope you'll join us!
