Nicki shares her passion for nature and illustrates how she includes this in all her workshops to bring a greater sense of connection to each other and the planet we live on. She says in some way that many humans have become removed from a primal understanding of how we are all simply part of nature's ecosystem.In this 30 minute episode she discusses music, her leadership experiences and her love of TetraMap as a tool that has added significant value and depth. Nicki is an active member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), a member of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners, and a Fellow of the RSA.
