This visualisation script is a perfect click-and-play resource that helps Facilitators run a 15 Min visualisation of the 4 TetraMap elements and encourage them to find the power and connectedness within.Ask the participants to sit or lie somewhere comfortable where they can still hear the narration. Ask them to close their eyes and take a few long, slow, gentle breaths, relaxing as they do so. Now play this script it will slowly and gently, allow for people to immerse themselves in their visualisation.
