Amy Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School is our latest guest on the podcast. In her early career she worked alongside her hero (and ours) Buckminster Fuller as 'Chief Engineeer'. What an amazing connection.

Amy is the author of: The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth, and which is currently taking the business world by storm.
Although she had been researching and speaking on the topic for decades, it was Project Aristotle from Google, which prompted her to write her latest highly engaging and relevant book - and as she puts it 'tie it in a bow'. She tells the story of some of her more suprising discoveries - into worlds of mistakes and fear, and positive success in high performing organisations and teams.
