This makes you be into your work in a great way and will make you do your work with love.The second way is to be in the moment very fully. This will make you know how you are doing and will make you feel like you are with your activities in a very deep way. You can do this by meditating and by living very in the present so you are making contact with everything in your life. You can feel the mindfulness if you can do what your own way of doing things is by being very centered on your moments.The third way is to do your activities in a way that you are at the center of them. For example, you can do a yoga class and feel like you are at the center of your practice. This will make you know that your practice is a very special thing and that you can make the best thing in your practice be you. This makes you on your own path because it makes you feel like you are doing the practice for the most important reason being that your doing of the practice makes you a more full and more of the best you can be person.
