In this episode with Sander we talk about finding a balance within yourself and around you. Events and moments in your life might be the hardest you have ever been through but with the right mindset and support around you, you will learn and grow from that.  After not seeing each other for many years, this episode was basically a catch-up call.   
Sander Heyns, 27 from Belgium is an Event Manager and my oldest friend. We were friends from the age of 2.5 years old. He is a true workaholic.  He lives in Antwerp where he runs a company that organizes events in and outside Belgium, caters for them and makes sure it's the best event the client has seen by telling a story with the concept. He is very ambitious but that also made him burn himself by partnering up with the wrong people, persisting on the right path, and following his dreams gave him another chance that brought him great success.
