Tamara Letter is a passionate educator with more than two decades of experience as an elementary teacher, differentiation specialist, technology integrator, instructional coach, and conference presenter. She received the 2018 R.E.B. Award for Teaching Excellence and is the author of the incredible book, A Passion for Kindness: Making the World a Better Place to Lead, Love, and Learn.
In this episode, we not only get to learn about Tamara’s inspirational birthday project that morphed into a seriously powerful message with significant impact, we also gain an inside look into Tamara’s heart with a personal story she shares about the power of forgiveness in her own life. I have literally listened to this episode a dozen times already, and the message continues to inspire me in new ways. Tamara mentions one of the catalysts for engaging in a broader spreading of kindness came from the terrible incident at Sandy Hook Elementary in 2012. When this episode launches, we will be remembering as a nation for the seventh year.
