Do we really realise what we are saying to ourselves and others? Or do our habits of speech make us blind to the impact we might be making? When we think about the assumptions we may be making about the thoughts or motives of others, when we realise the way in which we might be limiting ourselves in the way we speak we are taking some power back. Then we can think about what we really want to be saying to ourselves and others to get the outcomes we want !
