In this fourth recording of I'm Noticing we discover what is present and what parts of us are resisting the process, including parts that are seeking to track the threads that flow through our interactions.This was also recorded prior to the first two intro episodes, and we are more fully immersed in the process in this interaction. I also hope that you will notice an improvement in audio quality as we move forward to episode 5 and beyond!This is also an experiment in editing and producing a podcast!
